In short, I had my first American car tow adventure very recently.
However, this post is about sharing with my tribe what a good customer service experience looks like.
The key points that stood out for me were :
- Communication
- Empathy
- Promptness
- Ownership
- Customer is always right
I have been a SpothHero user for over a year and not only it changed my view about parking downtown Chicago it also added that “Click Convenience “ to it. Buying parking was as easy as a poke.
Here is the email that should be framed in the "hall of learning" for all involved and serious about good customer service :
