The Offsite Construction Awards reward outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products and systems. Founded in 2015, the Awards celebrate the offsite industry and promote the benefits of offsite as a more modern, sustainable and streamlined method of construction. 

Entering the Offsite Awards is FREE and allows the most innovative achievements in offsite to be upheld by the industry alongside those considered the nation's best. Being shortlisted for the Awards will earn you and your company recognition within the offsite and the wider construction industry - opening doors to securing new business development opportunities. Earning a 'highly commended' or ultimately, winning an Award will gain entrants national recognition and provide the opportunity to make their mark on this economically important market.

CATEGORIES INCLUDE:

Architect of the Year: Open to an individual or any size of practice. This award will celebrate a professional architect or architectural technologist that has used an offsite approach as a defining feature within a completed building in the UK. Emphasis will be given to the technical and creative reasons why the particular material or system was specified and how this was communicated within the project team.

BIM/Digital Construction Award: Digital Construction embraces BIM, GIS, Big Data and other evolving technological advancements. Technology has transformed the world we live in and has potential to revolutionise the construction industry. This category rewards organisations, projects or initiatives that have adopted, advanced and achieved excellence in Digital Construction. Engineer of the Year: Open to an individual or any size or team. This award will be given to those that have demonstrated an innovative and integrated approach to create a landmark building or developed a project delivery model with offsite technology at its core.  To sponsor this category, click here.

Health & Safety Award: The judges will be looking for a project, organisation or initiative where health and safety has been driven way beyond the industry norm. The winner may be able to demonstrate consideration of either project Health and Safety at pre-construction and/or construction phases or an organisational initiative impacting on multiple projects or their workforce. Installer of the Year: Have you truly excelled in the erection and installation of an offsite system, unit or component? This category is open to any individual, team or organisation working across any size of building or development that has been involved in the day-to-day work of fixing and fitting.

Product Innovation Award: A wide ranging category open to innovative new products and systems, or older technologies on the market used in a fresh and inventive way. The entrant must demonstrate the product or emerging technology meets the appropriate UK building regulations and health and safety standards and is playing an integral role in the offsite construction market.  To sponsor this category, click here.
