A shout for help

I've had a bad couple of weeks with one thing or the other. So I have come to the decision that I need to do something to help the people who are supporting my father with his cancer. I know the next couple of months are going to be hard for him and the family, as well as the supporters around him.

I've also had to look at my own personal health conditions and as my friends can tell you I am a big lad with 135 kilos, which has resulted in me having diabetes type 2.

So I have challenged myself to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

So the challenge is to complete the coast to coast challenge 2020 (in 22 Weeks) which is just over 100km in 24-hours. I also challenge myself to reduce my weight to 100 kilos before the challenge and with the target of Raising ￡1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support charity.
