#1 reason people don't cold call, door knock, do open houses or call past client/SOI is because they don't know what to say. Additionally, they're afraid of what the prospect will reply. Ignorance = Fear... Scripts are a powerful tool in the real estate sales business. You must master your scripts because doing so will give you more confidence. Knowledge = Confidence.
Anyone that saids, "I'm a great conversationalist, I don't need scripts" is not working at their full potential.
