Receiving a demand for payment during a ransomware incident can be extremely stressful.

Someone innocently clicks on an inviting email link, or opens an interesting looking attachment on an email.

Suddenly you can't access your company data files, your business is paralysed.

Should you just pay and get your data unlocked??
