For many small to medium business (SMB's) with limited marketing, Social Media becomes just another one of those tasks that slip through the cracks. Everyone knows they need to be doing it, but who is going to own it and who is going to have the time required to manage it.
Now the one good thing here is that those businesses are at least thinking about their Social Media presence.
