Should You List Your Home Now or Wait?

Many people who want to sell their homes aren’t sure whether they should list now or wait until the COVID-19 pandemic eases further. I’m sharing a story to demonstrate how we sell houses right now, keeping safety in mind. First, we get together with my clients via video call and discuss the market, their property, and answer all their questions. When anyone comes to the house, they wear gloves and masks, we use Clorox wipes, and keep all doors open so no one has to touch anything.
