Should you let your clients always win?

Should you let your clients always win?

Possibly not the most politically correct move but what could I do? I went to the Top Gear track to see a friend of mine and when I was wandering around the studio saw two of our Kruger Cowne talent still on the "Star in The Reasonably Priced Car" leader board. Sir Bob Geldof and Boris Becker. I had just been at a track day at Goodwood so was in a pretty competitive place and persuaded the Top Gear guys to let me have a coupe of laps in their little Kia. I really felt a need to do well but with only one warm up lap and two proper laps felt I could not compete with my clients who had a whole day of practice. My first lap wasn't great but I pushed like hell on the second one and, lo and behold, I got third highest place on the board just below Matt LeBlanc and Rowan Atkinson!

To make up for me beating two of my favourite clients, if you want to book either Bob or Boris for an appearance, keynote or something let me know. We can also help with The Stig.

Beating Tom Cruise is one heck of an achievement in itself - a guy who's spent a great deal of his adult life behind the wheels of fast and furious machines is tough to beat
