This week’s been all about breakthroughs, lightbulb moments, and some proper mindset shifts. If you’ve ever struggled with that guilty little word “should,” I’m going to help you banish it. And let’s talk about stepping into new, exciting opportunities—whether that’s unlocking your next big step or taking an afternoon stroll to the beach for some much-needed inspiration.

You’re not just moving forward—you’re moving with purpose.


Banish the ‘Should’

Should—just the word itself is enough to make you tense up.

This week, I had an enlightening chat with one of my members, and we arrived at a profound truth: The word ‘should’ must be banished from our vocabulary. It's a sneaky little gremlin that transmits guilt to our minds and limits us. “I should do this… I shouldn’t do that.” It’s like you’re shackled by your own thoughts.

So here’s the shift: What if you replaced “should” with “could”? Rather than guilt-tripping yourself, talk to your mind from a place of love and encouragement. This doesn’t just make you feel better—it opens up possibilities. By dropping the guilt, we make room for new ideas, opportunities, and—dare I say it—easier paths to success.

What could you do today, if you didn’t feel like you had to?


Self-Discovery Bingo and Feeling Good

This week inside the membership, we played Self Discovery Bingo, and wow—it was a blast. Imagine a group of women who are tuned in, open, and genuinely listening to each other’s stories and wishes.

It was raw, it was real, and it was heartfelt.

The beauty of these moments is that they highlight the power of sharing and connecting with like-minded women who get it. There’s nothing more magical than understanding you’re not alone in your journey.

Speaking of feeling good, I treated myself to a walk along the beach, where the sun finally decided to join us. (It was worth the wait!) After 90 minutes of stretching my legs and letting my mind wander, I returned with a head full of ideas and fresh perspective.

This is key... Take time to do what feels good—it’s vital. That’s where clarity comes in. Whether it’s nature, movement, or just a quiet cup of tea, find what works for you. Make a list of what lifts you, and then ask yourself—How can I fit more of this into my week?

And remember: You can’t pour from an empty cup.


? Time for Self-Discovery

We talked about it in the membership, and it was beautiful: Self-Discovery Bingo wasn’t just a game—it was a window into each woman’s journey. If you’re feeling stuck, sometimes you just need to speak your truth and share with others. Who can you connect with today to explore what’s holding you back or what’s lighting you up?

This week, take a proactive approach and replace “should” with “could.” Reframe your self-talk from guilt to empowerment—this small shift will open up new possibilities.

As I walked along the beach, I realised that taking a pause isn’t lazy—it’s powerful. What do you do to reset? Whether it’s a walk, a chat, or some time with a book, make sure you inject that into your week. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s about giving your mind the space to expand.
