Should you CONTINUE or QUIT?

It is exactly 1055 days since we launched the first episode on The Guiding Voice podcast (now popular as TGV).

But the groundwork started 3-6 weeks prior to 17th May 2020.

As of yesterday(6th April 2023), we've launched 322 episodes featuring over 315 guests from 30+ countries. And there are 23 episodes in the pipeline.

TGV is listed in the Global Top 3% and cruising towards making it to the Top 1%.

Not just that we've launched our first book, TGV Inspiring Lives Volume 1, launched TGV Telugu last year and 43 episodes have been released featuring a few stalwarts from different walks of life.

This year, we started TGV Hindi and released 11 episodes as of today.

But the question is?

How much did we make for the amount of time spent (roughly 4000+ hours)?

The answer is that we made less than 0.001% of the effort and time spent on time.

Does it demotivate me from continuing to continue my podcasting journey?

The answer is NO.

I am going to continue podcasting - because it is driven by a strong purpose to make this world a better place to LIVE. Through conversations that matter and conversations that add value to your life and career.

Nothing can match the impact that we are creating in this world.

The content being created will stay forever, even after we leave this world.

In one of my recent conversations with an Entrepreneur, he shared that he has also encountered a similar situation and has pondered whether to persevere or quit.

He hasn't and he persevered.

But. do you think am going to persevere(building TGV as a global platform) or quit?
