Introduction
The majority of LinkedIn members aren't premium subscribers and I know that premium isn't for anyone, in today's article I go into detail as to why I recently made the switch and why it might be something to consider for you.
Should you buy LinkedIn premium?
First of all, we need to distinguish the five types of LinkedIn Premium subscriptions: Career, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, Premium Business, and Learning. The pricing varies and starts at about 30$/mo up to 119$/mo.
I personally think that you should do what is in your power to achieve the most out of the free version of LinkedIn, you can read my guide as to how you can get the "All Start" account level here. When you have this covered I think that you can think about getting LinkedIn premium, depending on the area you want to develop you can choose one of the different plans.
I see their premium tiers like different types of experiences you can get out of LinkedIn, with Sales Navigator, the plan I got you can expect to have more freedom in terms of searching for people on LinkedIn, this enables you to create dedicated filters for different types of prospects, if you are looking for potential buyers you can create a dedicated search filter that filters out people that match your settings. Below you can find a screenshot of said search console.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I would like to say that paying for these plans is not something that should be done without a strategy behind it, you should really know what you want to achieve on this platform. When getting access to these additional features you also need to take the time into learning how to use them extensively, otherwise, you risk wasting this pretty significant chunk of money.
