SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT WE TRUST YOUNG PEOPLE?

For me personally, human resources are always the greatest asset of any organization in any circumstance. Even if it is this business field, having an effective team of employees is always the most solid foundation for all future development plans. So before starting a project, the first thing I want to focus on investing in is spending a lot of time developing human resources.

Talking about human resources, in the real estate sector, I see that most businesses prefer people with many years of experience in the industry, so that they can easily integrate into the work and quickly bring about clear business results without spending too much time and effort to retrain them from the beginning. It is completely understandable that in this field with high revenue pressure and high elimination rate, it is difficult to ask businesses to patiently wait for the development of human resources, not to mention that all the training and guidance efforts can disappear quickly when the employee stop cooperating with the business. And then, like an endless paradox, businesses need people with expertise but are afraid to invest time and effort to train them, while young employees lack an environment to learn, practice and improve their expertise.

C?n Nhà Màu Vàng is lucky not to be placed in the harsh cycle of the brokerage market, so we have a lot of time and space for young people to have the opportunity to try many different things and explore their own abilities. And in the process of accompanying young people, I realized that they have unlimited potential in learning and creativity, which I believe will help a lot in their work. But at the same time, you also need to care for and nurture those potentials with appropriate orientations, dedicated guidance and trust. And like any other investment, putting trust in young people can bring sweet fruit in the form of talented, proactive, creative and innovative staff, but sometimes it can also be a "loss" when witnessing the staff you develop leave to find a more suitable opportunity for their future. And from the perspective of a manager, that "Gambling" is something that must be accepted and there must be a specific method to improve the risk ratio if you want to increase your winning percentage in this game.

In C?n Nhà Màu Vàng what helps me retain those young people is the companionship. On job training, working together, and accompanying they on their development journey. So that here they are truly influential people, capable of making a difference with their own abilities. And I believe that when people can recognize their own value, clearly know what their goals are, there will be no need for any disciplinary measures to remind or motivate everyone's work motivation. Because then they work for themselves, for what they pursue, not for anyone else.

And that is how my colleagues and I realize the motto: "We want you to succeed!" by providing opportunities, support and companionship from those who have gone before and the younger generation following behind so that everyone can grow up in the most stable way in each person's career journey.

P/s: Currently in the CNMV COMMUNITY, there are many businesses, as well as managers at those businesses who need to recruit young staff with attractive opportunities, if any young people are looking for a place to work for themselves, do not hesitate to contact C?n Nhà Màu Vàng or Ng?c Nguy?n Lam B?o to be able to connect with those businesses.
