Should We Take a Break from Social Media When on Vacation?

I’ve been active on social media since the beginning of this year, and I truly enjoy interacting with others.

I’ve made many new friends and expanded my knowledge.

Experts recommend staying consistent so our audience knows we’re committed.

But what happens when we take a vacation?

Can we maintain the same frequency and consistency?

It’s challenging, especially when traveling to places with spotty internet connectivity.

I’ll be away for a couple of weeks traveling in Eastern Africa—a bucket list trip that’s been a year in the making.

I’m really looking forward to it, but I know connectivity will be an issue.

So, I’ve decided to compromise! I’ll schedule this newsletter to be posted later in the week, so it will happen automatically.

However, making videos will have to wait until I get back.

I fully intend to enjoy the vacation without stressing about my social media reach, and I hope you’ll support me in this.

I’d love to wing all this content on the fly, but I know my limitations!

I’d rather craft a good piece that’s interesting than wing anything on the fly.
