Over the years I have successfully empowered tens of hundreds of clients how to super-enhance their own health and wellness specifically through the “Power of Nutrition”
I absolutely believe what you EAT is crucially more important for the positive improvement of immunity, gut-health, cellular integrity, hormonal balance, mood, disease prevention, chronic ailments and overall general HEALTH rather than (focusing on) Exercise, Activity levels, Posture or daily movements for example…..
Although let’s face it the more POSITIVES you can adhere to the better the outcome ALL-ROUND, no question!!!….Especially for longevity and in order to live a disease-free existence being un-medicated and being able to live life to the fullest…..
Personally, I opted NOT to have ze-jab as eating well my entire life has given me a somewhat bullet-proof immune system, one that is extremely hardy as I’ve not been sick/ill in many years. Aside from when Covid struck in July 2021 it lasted all of 3 days and wasn’t even that bad tbh. Like so many would do when they get that spidey-tingle of an imminent cold or Flu, I simply threw in a host of super-foods, spices, raw-foods with natural drink remedies for a few days (& Voila)

Aside from formulating exercise programs and devising highly “bespoke” programs, I always strongly advocate specific “dietary” protocols for clients…..
Whereby they consume largely natural un-processed super nutritious meals/foods (according to body-type, physical and mental characteristics *Metabolic Typing) rarely with the need to take additional food supplements….
What does the future hold, after more than 50 years of globo-companies contaminating products with unnecessary adulterants perhaps now governments are willing to hold their hands up and accept that going back to basics by cleaning up the food industry for the sake of people's long-term "health" is the best way forward......
