Digitization is hitting all industries and most new business models are based on ideas combined with technology. Coding is no longer a skill for computer scientists or nerds. Children do learn this skill already at school. So every leader shall get a grip on tech and learn to develop a digital mind-set to better solve future technical challenges and become skilled for the 2nd machine age.
We at #DeutscheTelekom performed recently Lego Mindstorm programming workshops for our managers with fun & great feedback. Thanks to the #Fraunhofer Institute for supporting us with their #Roberta programming tools (https://www.open-roberta.org).

7 年I was involved as a mentor for Jugend Hackt in Cologne last year - what these 8-16 year olds in the room could do with technology (but also with regards to inclusive team work) already blew my mind... Here is to the next generation! Its great to see the last generation (hahah) pick up at least some of the technological skills as well ;).
