Should I stay or should I go?

The decision to make a job change can be one of the more stressful experiences a career-minded professional makes. Unfortunately, candidates tend to be wooed by title promotions and compensation rather than assessing the “total package”– especially in a heated market like this one. The checklist below is based on Frederick Herzberg’s time tested theory on Employee Motivation.  Use it as a compass to find the true north in your career– before you choose between the fork in the road– and you’ll increase your odds of making a successful and lasting change.
