Should I Stay or Should I Go...

Is it the right time to move? Would you leave your job prior to bonus payout?

Is now the right time?

A friend of mine asked me this question as I'm involved in moving and growing ones careers.

All I said to him is that if you're asking me this question - you already seem to have a doubt that things can be better...

Told him that what's the worst that could happen by exploring...

Talk to recruiters, answer that anonymous / unknown number, reply that InMail, talk to people, talented people / individual chart their own careers - not based on performance cycle and bonus payouts.

So the very best answer, if you're considering a career move - go ahead browse and learn about roles and see how you fit...

This may sound a little corny, as the saying goes it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all, or in the case of exploring career opportunities

"it's better to have been interviewed and offered than to have never to have said yes to an interview call at all"

If an opportunity don't come calling anytime soon, seize the day by knocking on doors, I hear that the following site may lead you to opportunities that just don't open doors but elevate your career and growth opportunities https://www.hsbc.com/careers

For roles based out of Malaysia, I'll be happy to tell you about what lies behind each door before knocking :)

We always have a choice and it is varied. Going could mean moving to another role, volunteering for a project or as Noel mentioned, joining another coy. Rule of thumb, the day you stop having fun, stop learning is the time to start looking. U can overstay your welcome. Thanks Noel for this article.
