Should I get my CDL License?
The other day I was in a little town in Alabama. I was out of town on business . My colleague had to stop to have a RX filled which was a scheduled medication taken for 15 years. We stopped at a Local Pharmacy and politely asked the pharmacist to fill the medication . They refused . So not wanting to waste time (it was friday 11 45 am) I got in the Car and drove 278 miles to Jackson Mississippi to fill a prescription and then turned around and came back.
Lesson Learned
- Patients on Pain Medication who are Legitimate are being discriminated against
- Pharmacies are being intimidated by the DEA and DOJ but DEA mostly
- There is no law to prevent the pharmacy from filling
- A lawsuit is needed to correct this
- And finally, I should get my Commercial Drivers License.

My pharmacists in VA have said "filling an out of state script here for a controlled substance is up to their discretion." Is this true or not? Could it be possible this is true in Virginia?
