Maybe not ??

Even on a Bank Holiday, I produce your Monday Nudge.? I've got into a much better habit now.? So rather than hastily doing this on a Saturday morning and recording the video over the weekend it is now planned in my diary midweek.

I'm working with a burnout coach to get more time back for me and it's working.?

It is so easy to keep working.?

But we need to set barriers to stop us from doing too much and never switching off.

What do you do to switch off?

For me it's my guitar and my family!

Why not use this date to talk about your favourite Beatles song???Did their music inspire you in any way?? Did you grow up with the Beatles, or what bands do you love who were inspired by the Beatles?

Your Fridge

Not the contents.? What have you got on the outside?? Photos, child works of art, certificates, memos?? We look at the fridge every day and we each personalised them in one way or another.? Do you have magnetic momentos or maybe a Scrabble-style letter display?? Take a photo of your fridge and tell us a story.? You may have several stories that you could share over the following weeks.
