To start with I know that there's a lot of crap out there in the fitness space regarding how to get in shape and stay there.
I also know that what you look like in the mirror shouldn't be the be and end all,
Especially in this day and age.
But at the same time I also know how you look can effect how you feel, act and behave in all areas of life.
It can be overwhelmingly painful.
How do I know that?
I've been there
As you can see in this video it's not always been six pack abs and dialled in mindset/lifestyle

Still, it is what it is.
Speaking of my journey...
One day I'm going to tell you about when they thought I had bone marrow cancer in 2011 and I was working in the gym.
I'll also tell you how I carried on PT'ing and helping others despite thinking I was in a bit of a pickle,
I'll probably go into how I kept my gob shut and cracked on with it while thinking my cards were marked.
I'll also hopefully tell you what I learned about myself then

And why that's relevant to my current mission, values, vision and purpose in life.
But instead of going into that today
I'll just quickly tell you that what I'm doing is based around how I can help other men just like me.
Nothing else.
You see I'm not here to add to the crap I see in the fitness world and coaching space.
Quite the opposite.
Perhaps that's why I'm going nowhere.
Perhaps that's why we're connected.
Perhaps that's why you're reading this right now.
I don't know.
But I do know I said this would be short one today.
So I'll bring this into landing by saying thanks for checking in

3 年Regardless of our age, it would still be good if we mens did strength worksout well into old age. Not to build muscle in old age, but to stay fit and healthy, both physically and mentally, into old age
