It's no surprise that leaders and managers are crucial, but what really caught my attention was how the report, based on solid research, highlighted AI as a big deal for high performance. This is one of the first times I've seen AI called out as such a game-changer in the realm of performance.

The new-age leaders, especially those heading digital transformation, are placing their bets on AI to empower their teams.

A range of performance challenges that organizations commonly grapple with include:
