Shortage of 1.8 million engineers coming your way

Let's look at some simple maths. Data tells us that by 2025 there will be a shortage of 1.8 million engineers and technically skilled works.??

Each year 15,000 skilled and qualified engineers leave the UK armed forces.??

Do you see it now? It's not going to plug the gap entirely but it goes to show that there is a talent pool of skilled and experienced engineers that are perfect candidates for electrical, mechanical or multi-skilled engineering positions.??

There is absolutely more work to be done when it comes to addressing the lack of entry level talent and awareness of what an engineer is for school-aged children - but come on, this is a here and now solution.? ?
