WE INTRODUCED THE SHORT COMPONENT AGAIN LAST WEEK, AND TODAY IT PERFORMED VERY WELL.  THE BIG ISSUE WITH MOST ROBO-ADVISORS IS CAN THE PERFORM WELL IN UP AND DOWN MARKETS?  SO THIS IS A NICE TEST OF THE BEAR ALGO.
