A Man of his Words and Wisdom

My 2.0 Version (2023):- Drishan Vig is very good at motivating people and he is the one who is ready to add some spark in people's life. He is a well known retail planner and merchandiser who is working with different brands like Central, Pantaloons, Gucci, Reliance Trends, Reliance brands limited, etc. 

He is training the retail staff as well as the professionals with his own experiences and esteemed knowledge. He is the one who is good at managing the decorum of the retail store. He built his own plot by working with a team of budding designers, store managers, and the visual merchandiser and ready to give inputs to the store in order to conduct the business in the most effective and efficient way. 

He is capable of doing the work under pressure and wants to give his best to stand out from the competitors. His dream is to become a retail planner in Landmark Group and works on forecasting the sales patterns, reviewing stock to sales ratio, planning markups, coordinates the merchandise inside the floor of the store by liaising with the team members.

He truly believes that adaptation is a much-needed thing to grow further and upscale your learnings. “The motive to do the things propels him to take actions” that is the core principle which he is following to change himself as per the surroundings. He is a daydreamer, exploring the latest trends, reading fashion journals, Upcoming scenarios, and transformations in the retail sector. He writes his own book on how to get self-motivated and how to get things done in a better way. He is a self-determined person, strategic- thinker, goal-oriented, and passionate about his work dealings. He works hard to improve his own potential to push himself in the right direction. He always takes the initiative to do the tasks in the most prominent way.  The turning point in his life was when he joined the Digital Deepak program in 2020. The internship program gives him hands-on experience and helped him to upscale his learnings in the corporate world. 3 years down the line, his zeal and enthusiasm to do the things are currently on the right pathway and He is proud to call himself a digital marketer and the happiest moment in his life was that he is a professional guitar player. He writes his own book “The man of his words and how he motivates himself to do the things systematically. With his passion, he received the national book award. He also believes that
