I am definitely a curious birdie who fetches strange facts, random YouTube videos etc for widening certain part of my brain but what I experienced in a NLP Program by Mr. Braham Sharoha was something mind boggling.
I will write down this piece for everyone to get the gist of a 3-hr discussion and further recommend all to connect with him, attend his sessions and dig deeper into the seeds I am planting through this article (which were planted in me by Mr. Sharoha himself).

Story of the Tiger
One fine sunny day, on a stranded island, a boy faced the Tiger, his thought sensors intimated the HPA glands in his body which secreted Cortisol (stopped his immune system, defense mechanism, central nervous system) and Adrenaline (caused increased blood flow in his veins) and he started being in disease (DIS-EASE). This physiology led to his frozen state and he suffered even before Tiger could attack him.

We all have an animal brain which knows 2P’s and 5F’s only i.e, Pain & Pleasure and Freeze, Fight, Flight, Food & Fornicate. This part of our brain comes from the time when we only had to hunt our food, eat and have intercourse. Animal brain in today’s time is the home to our procrastination, lingering on the sailed ships & all the other unreasonable ideas that sometimes start jumping in our heads.

Story of an aspiring girl
A girl wished to be the most successful and thus, requested her parents to send her to college where she could learn, compete and perform better than her peers. Her parents sent her to a camp with world’s successful personalities where she was completely overshadowed and ignored. But slowly and steadily she understood the art of influencing herself and by matching the traits of those present there and mirroring their lifestyles, she made a diamond out of herself. Beauty of this story is that she became even more successful than the guys present there since, she mirrored and matched the qualities which were true to her and her heart. Heart is the best brain we have. Probably that is the reason we hear, ‘Think from your heart’, more often.
To influence others, it is extremely important for you to get into the conversation that goes on in their head. Next time you are giving a pitch, mirror the person sitting in front of you and you will be able to set him on your frequency.
