A Short Question For You

"Go With The Flow"
You have probably heard the phrase "go with the flow" before.
To let things flow naturally and to accept change without putting up so much resistance.
To be able to trust that what is meant for you will come to you and that what happens is for the best (even if we cannot see 'why' it happened clearly).
That 'what shall be will be'.
But saying it is different from practicing it. Often, 'going with the flow', accepting change, and trusting that what happens is for the best can feel like the most difficult thing you can do.
And I believe, it's personal and different for each person. So, here is an exercise to help you let go and find your own flow.
A Question For You
Slow down for a minute. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Scan your body.?Relax the tension. Now ask:
How can I let go of what I am resisting right now and accept what is?
Write down (or say out loud) whatever comes to mind.
“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee.
