Full list of harmonised standards of EU's Machinery Directive can be found here.

Full list of designated standards of UK's Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 here

  1. EN ISO 12100 - principles of risk assessment
  2. EN ISO 13857 - safety distances of guards
  3. EN ISO 14120 - design principles of guards
  4. EN ISO 13849-1 & 2 - design and validation of safety control systems
  5. EN 60204-1 - requirements of electrical installations
  6. EN ISO 14119 - requirements of interlock devices
  7. EN ISO 14118 - requirements of measures against unexpected startup
  8. EN ISO 14122-1,2,3,4 - permanent means of access (platforms, stairs, ladders, guardrails, selection criteria, geometries, strength criteria, dimensions, etc.)
  9. EN ISO 20607 - requirements of instruction manuals
  10. EN ISO 13851 - two hand control functions
  11. EN ISO 13854 - minimum gaps to avoid crushing
  12. EN ISO 13850 - emergency stop functions
  13. EN ISO 4413 - hydraulic fluid power
  14. EN ISO 4414 - pneumatic fluid power
  15. EN ISO 13855 - positioning of safeguards
  16. EN 61310-1,2,3 - visual signals, markings, actuators
  17. EN 1005-1,2,3,4 - weight limits, force limits, human postures, human movements

My personal non-harmonised additions:

  1. ISO/TS 15066 - pain thresholds for crushing / hit & push contact. (This is useful to decide whether a contact is harmful or not - not a standard but a specification)
  2. HD 60364-5-52 Wiring practices (useful for current carrying capacities of conductors)
  3. HD 60364-4-41 Protection against electric shock

Alot of the core standards there, not to mention the C type standards if available for your type of machine and the normative reference standards applicable with it.

Hi Ahmet, nice to see you recognise ISO 4413 & 4414, regularly overlooked.
