Application of cushion pad:

In the process of pressing laminate flooring, particle board, melamine veneer, wooden door, and furniture by the hot press, cushioning is usually required. In the working combination of the hot press, the cushion pad is clamped between the hot pressboard and the template, and its main function is to uniformly transfer the working pressure and working temperature of the hot pressboard, which can make the paper veneer and the substrate bond It is more dense, uniform and flat, thereby improving the surface and internal quality of the veneer. The cushion also has excellent properties such as heat resistance, compensation of platen error, and protection of the template.

Cushion pad installation and precautions:

When installing, place the cushion of the hot press on the hot press evenly and evenly. Clean the surface of the hot press before it. Do not leave any debris, oil, or other metal objects. Preheat and press for 30 minutes according to the work requirements. Then fix the surroundings at equal distances before putting them into use. In this way, the service life is extended and the flatness is good. Note that if you accidentally shift it during installation, do not use wire cutters to pull it hard to avoid damage and affect use. Do not pollute the surface of the cushion pad of the hot press at ordinary times, so as not to affect the use effect and shorten the life.
