A very easy way to reduce your time in getting success!

I am sure this is the most sought out thing by people who want to grow fast

People seeking success often get caught up thinking that in order to be successful they have to always do things that are unique and original. Well, in a way it is true if you are an artist, a director, a writer, an inventor however it is not always required in a corporate or professional world

What is the short-cut definition:

“an accelerated way of doing or achieving something”

Before we get into how you can get quick success, let us focus on why success is important:

1)     Family – You are responsible to take care of the family and should never have to worry about how you are going to provide them a great life. Success with take care of their needs and wants by having lots of money. Ofcourse money is not everything but not having enough money is definitely not a good place to be in. I have been there and I know we are more happy and much better off when we have lots of money!

2)     Society – I agree that we should not worry about what others think about us and should not care about what they do however I am a big believer in giving back to people who deserve it. If you are successful enough, you will have more money and ultimately you can help more people in becoming successful. When you help other you will have a sense of happiness and satisfaction. So it is important for you to be successful to give back to society for your own happiness!

3)     Self – How would you feel if you are being associated with terms like Real Hero, Champion, Superstar and when people in the neighborhood, workplace or business give you lot of attention and recognition. Would you like that? I am sure everyone will. For that, it is important to create lot of success!

What do you need in order to be successful?

1)     High Level of Productivity – By now I am sure you know that average output leads to an average life. In order to truly live your life king size you need to be at top in everything - Business, Revenue, Health, Family etc. Your productivity with family will be measured by how much action you take to make them happy and how many happy moments you share together. This will require to take high level of action. Don’t do anything that is considered to be average. Kill the average Joe mentality!

2)     Give More Mindset – I am sure you will agree. You can only win by helping other to win. When you start helping your team or your family to become winners, you by default win. Create that mindset and you will be successful in everything you do!

What is the shortcut to success?

1)     Replicate – Word “copy” is not liked by many so let us stick to “replicate”. Observe what the top people in your field are doing, be it within your team, within your company, within your industry, social media channels and do exactly what they are doing and customize that approach for yourself.

2)     Speed is Power – Why do companies plan of having the fastest go to market for their products and services because they know speed is power and it will get them good market share just because they were first. Ofcourse they have to deliver to keep and increase the marketshare but speed gives them the advantage over other. Same way in your profession life Faster you learn things that are working for others and things to avoid, sooner you will be successful. 

Benefits of Replicating:

·        You will not have to reinvent the wheel

·        You will save time and energy on strategizing

·        You can get started right away

·        You can also make the person your coach and learn fast

·        You will have a benchmark

This will at least give you a good head start and then you can be more creative than others when you have seen some success and dominate with your innovative ideas!
