Shoe Printing
Brief introduction of #shoe printing process
1. Process name: printing--the process of printing ink on the upper of the shoe through the screen brush of the printing screen to form a pattern.
2. Printing tools: printing screen, scraper, oven, drying rack
3. Printing material: ink
4. Printing process: Make the printing screen → prepare tools and parts → cover the printing screen on the printed parts according to the operating specifications → pour the ink on the printing
Brush the inside of the screen → scrape the ink to the pattern with a scraper to print the pattern → the printed pattern parts go through the oven (only for printing and foaming type) → the printed part is hung on a drying rack to dry → complete
5. Printing related:
1) Types of printing: flat printing, three-dimensional printing, dot (progressive) printing, printing foam, rubber powder printing, etc.
a. Planar printing: The appearance of the formed pattern is planar and smooth, suitable for leather and TPU materials with light texture.
b. Three-dimensional printing: the pattern is formed to protrude on the upper part, with a minimum height of 0.3mm, suitable for surface printing of artificial leather, genuine leather and mesh with deep dry lines.
c. Dot printing: that is, progressive printing, forming a pattern consisting of countless fine dots from dense to sparse, forming a visual effect of color from dark to light.
d. Printing and foaming: use a three-dimensional screen to print the foamed oil black on the parts, and after forming a pattern, pass through a heated (set temperature) bed machine or oven to make the oil black under the conditions of execution
Expand to achieve a three-dimensional raised effect. The difference from three-dimensional printing is that its surface is arc-shaped.

e. Rubber powder printing: use rubber powder + ink + glue for deployment. Generally, rubber powder below 80 mesh can be screen printed with 60 mesh. Rubber powder above 80 mesh is recommended to use steel plate printing
Brush to achieve dense rubber powder particles and a rough feel.
2) The difference between printed stencil and printed line stencil:
The purpose of the two is different. The former is a screen for printing shoe upper patterns, and the latter is a screen for printing needle marking lines. The printing materials used by the two are different. The former uses ink, and the latter uses rice.
Chemicals such as pastes: the cleaning solutions of the two are different, the former is cleaned with solvents, and the latter is cleaned with water.
3) Classification of printing screens:
a, according to the printing effect: flat, three-dimensional, dot, printing glue; the sensitizer on the flat screen mesh is thinner; the sensitizer on the three-dimensional screen mesh is thicker; the dot screen is also flat
A kind of surface stencil, on the stencil you can see many regular small dots that change from large to small or from dense to sparse;
Printed plastic screen is also a three-dimensional screen.
Rubber and rubber powder printing.
4) The production process of the printing screen: the shoe factory provides the graphic pattern file → the screen factory art editor → the film output factory makes the film → the screen factory fixes the mesh on the screen frame
Drying board→quality inspection→delivery
