What's a good metric and indicator is if micromanagement feels needed and a lack of production/efficiency is occurring, management might want to review its hiring and ops training/procedural methodologies especially in IT where "how" things are done can vary greatly amongst individuals.. I'm trying to be be as politically correct as possible for management sake. Super insightful Michael!!!
