One9five
Bangkok, Thailand
"One9Five" is a luxury condominium at the Asoke/Rama IX intersection, an emerging economic hub in Bangkok. Its landscape concept transforms the 8th-floor podium into "Sky Hill," a 3,000-square-meter green oasis between two high-rise towers. This design addresses urban challenges like air pollution and rising temperatures by creating a lush forest ecosystem atop the carpark. Two distinct hill formations offer dynamic experiences, with one featuring terraced swimming pool decks and the other housing a cave-like pavilion. A canopy bridge connects the hilltops, while walkways and pavilions provide serene spots for relaxation amid dense greenery.
The podium’s centerpiece is a 100-meter-long swimming pool divided into three zones: a safe children’s pool, a social pool with spa and hot plunge options, and a 50-meter lap pool for fitness enthusiasts. Over 230 tropical trees and shrubs create a naturalistic composition, enhancing biodiversity and addressing climate issues by improving air quality and reducing urban heat. This design seamlessly blends functionality, aesthetics, and ecological benefits, offering a tranquil retreat within Bangkok's bustling cityscape.
