Logistics Overview: Shipment involves the transport of a RADAR consisting of:
- 1 Unit ANT – Supplies Radar Sensor
6,10 x 2,44 x 2,59 mts – 6.500 kg
- 1 Unit STO – Supplies Operators Shelter
6,10 x 2,44 x 2,59 mts – 7.650 kg
- 1 Unit Special lifting equipment (spreader/slings/shackles)
Cargo was moved from customer premises to international airport of San Carlos de Bariloche and loaded into a Hercules C-130 provided by the Argentina Air Force. The Hercules made 3 technical stops before reaching the final destination as follows: Iguazu (AR), Natal (BR), Cape Verde (CV) and final Abuja (Nigeria).
Our scope of business was to provide the full coordination and services from customer premises in Bariloche up to final destination in Abuja including:
- Full coordination of services in Bariloche such us: trucking, cranes provision, loading of aircraft and dealing with all airport authorities.
- Full coordination with Argentina Air Force
- Representation of Argentina Air Force at Customs House in Argentina and Nigeria
- Issuing and registration of Cargo Manifest at Customs House
- Issuing and registration of AWB at Customs House system in Argentina and Nigeria.
- Labelling of cargo in accordance with IATA Dangerous goods regulations.
- Issuing DGD doxs in accordance with IATA Dangerous goods regulations on behalf of shipper
- Discharge aircraft operation in Abuja up to CIP Abuja Airport
