Shipbuilding Insights No. 5, 2024

Ahoy Shipbuilding Community!

I trust this message finds you well and ready for our weekly rendezvous in the world of Shipbuilding Insights. The ship is sailing smoothly, and I'm excited to share the latest happenings from our bustling week.

1. Growing Together: 251 Strong! ??

A hearty welcome to the 9 new members who joined our Shipbuilding Insights community, bringing our numbers to a fantastic 251! Your presence and engagement fuel the vibrancy of our shared journey, and I'm genuinely grateful for each one of you.

2. Progress Check: Sailing Steady Towards 200 Workers ??

Our mission to reach 200 workers by the end of 2024 is an ongoing saga. While this week didn't see a surge in worker numbers, rest assured, opportunities are on the horizon. The recent price quotes may not have materialized yet, but it's a common dance in our industry—sometimes the music takes a bit to start playing.

3. Setting Sail with New Price Quotes ?

Speaking of opportunities, I've issued two new price quotes this week for four insulation workers in the Netherlands. The prospect of expanding our workforce with these skilled individuals has me hopeful, and I can't wait to see these quotes set sail into reality.

4. Expanding Horizons: 32 New Connections ??

Networking is the heartbeat of our industry, and this week, we've welcomed approximately 32 new connections into our fold. Each connection is a treasure, and I want to express my gratitude for the privilege of being part of your professional network.

5. LinkedIn Chronicles: 22 Posts and Counting ??

Our LinkedIn journey continues with a flurry of activity! From showcasing daily worker availability and highlighting Marino Group's strategic location to featuring diverse worker types and sharing insightful articles, we're creating waves in the digital sea. An animated image ad tracking our journey to 200 workers adds a dynamic touch.

6. Balancing Acts: Beyond Shipbuilding ???♂?

In the midst of shipbuilding endeavors, a little-known fact is that my days extend beyond Marino Group. A personal online business project in health and fitness keeps me on my toes. It's a unique balancing act, but it adds a refreshing layer to the daily grind.

7. Weekend Ahoy! ??

As the weekend beckons, I'm eagerly anticipating some well-deserved downtime. The plans? Quality moments with my girlfriend, Danute. Lounging, cooking up delightful meals, and perhaps a leisurely walk—it's the perfect recipe for recharging the batteries.

Thank you for being an essential part of our Shipbuilding Insights community. Your support, engagement, and shared experiences make this journey all the more enriching.

Wishing you a fantastic weekend and smooth sailing ahead,

Wintertime in Palanga, Lithuania

Darius Kersulis, Sales Manager, Marino Group
