Shine a Light on That Confidence Within

Deb is an executive leadership coach who is really focused on helping those newly promoted leaders who may find themselves experiencing imposter syndrome in their new role. The desire to be in that new position is present, but they start questioning their capabilities and whether or not they have access to the right tools. They may start to feel like a “hijacking” of sorts is happening with sleepless nights in addition to the internal questioning. Deb steps in and helps clear this mental chatter and frustration.

And while Deb has participated in Toastmasters and loves to speak to groups, she never really imagined being asked to speak at professional engagement let alone being paid to do so. Deb found through participating in the Quick-Start Intensive and utilizing the best practices, she was attracting these types of things. She was attracting ideal clients on LinkedIn and having converting conversations as well as receiving messages to speak at a 2-day event.

Deb also reached out to 2 potential clients in Ohio (where the 2-day event is being held) and scheduled times to meet and have meaningful conversations that could very likely lead to two new clients. When I used to speak in Tucson, I would use those speaking engagements as another opportunity to have meaningful conversations with potential clients. It’s as simple as asking the attendees to share your message with others they may know if it resonated with them.
