As a software quality engineer (SQE), it's important to have resilience in order to weather the challenges that come with the job. This includes being able to recover from failures, handle high levels of traffic or load, and adapt to unexpected input or events. But resilience isn't just about the technical aspects of the job - it also involves cognitive, social, emotional, and environmental factors. To build resilience, it's important to take care of yourself and surround yourself with supportive people. By focusing on all these different areas, you can become stronger and more capable of handling the complexities, stress, and responsibility that come with being an SQE.
Looking for a way to bounce back from life's challenges? Try resilience! It is an art needed to weather any storm and come out stronger on the other side. Resilience helps you stay positive and brave, even when faced with setbacks and unstable software builds. It's an important skill to have because it helps you bounce back from failures and setbacks, and become stronger as a result.?
Resilience in software testing refers to the ability of a software system to continue functioning as expected even in the face of adverse or unexpected conditions like hardware or software failures, network outages, or other disruptions.
There are several ways that you can use to evaluate the resilience of a system, testing how to recover from failures, ability to handle high levels of traffic or load, and testing its ability to handle unexpected input or events.

Software is a team play and my approach here is people centric.
Build resilience by taking care of yourself. Get enough sleep, exercise, eat well, and find healthy ways to manage stress. Have a positive outlook and surround yourself with supportive people. Find ways to cope with stress and your emotions. Seek out activities and relationships that give your work and life meaning and purpose.
When you feel good about yourself, working in a field with enormous complexities, stress and responsibility doesn't feel as difficult. Resilience is a multifaceted concept that involves the ability to bounce back from adversity, stress and challenges. As a software quality engineer and agile team player you have to gain both personal and systemic resilience.
