Shift from 'What Is' to 'What’s Possible' and Unlock Your Full Potential

Are You Stuck in the Loop of ‘What Is’?

Ever feel like no matter what you do, you keep looping back to the same struggles? You might be experiencing anxiety, imposter syndrome, or the sense that you’re always proving yourself—but never quite feeling good enough.

This is what happens when you’re stuck in ‘what is’ instead of tapping into ‘what’s possible.’

I see this all the time with my clients. They believe anxiety is something they just have to learn to live with. Maybe they were told that by a GP. Maybe they’ve tried medication, therapy, or counselling, and when it didn’t work, they decided nothing will. They think, I’m just an anxious person—turning a temporary experience into a permanent identity.

But the truth? Anxiety, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome are not who you are. They are patterns. Patterns that can be rewired.

And that’s what I want to show you today.

Why Your Mind Keeps You Stuck

Your brain isn’t the enemy, but it does default to keeping you in the familiar. Even if the familiar isn’t serving you.

Here’s what I see in high-achieving women all the time:

  • They focus on what is—the anxiety, the fear, the self-doubt—rather than what’s possible.
  • They’ve accepted their current reality as truth, making it their identity.
  • They’ve tried solutions that didn’t work (like talk therapy that just goes over the same ground) and decided nothing will work.
  • They believe they are the problem—that something in them is broken or needs fixing.
  • They’re trying to ignore what’s going on because it feels overwhelming, but deep down, they’re scared.

Your mind wants to keep repeating what it knows. It will always default to past patterns—until you introduce something new.

The Mind’s Sloppy Pattern Matching

Let’s talk about how the brain makes sense of the world.

Your mind is constantly looking for patterns. It’s how we process life. But sometimes, it gets it wrong.

  • You might have felt anxiety in one situation, and now your brain expects to feel it in all similar situations.
  • You may have been embarrassed once, and now your brain registers all social situations as threats.
  • You may have failed at something years ago, and now your brain assumes trying new things = risk.

This is called sloppy pattern matching. And if you don’t interrupt it, your mind will keep looping the same experience.

But here’s the good news: you can override it.

Shifting from ‘What Is’ to ‘What’s Possible’

So how do you break the cycle?

1. Recognise the Loop

If you feel stuck, it’s because your brain keeps running the same old program. Ask yourself:

  • Am I making this my identity? (“I’m just an anxious person” vs. “I’m experiencing anxiety”)
  • Am I focusing only on what’s wrong rather than what’s possible?
  • Am I assuming I can’t change because nothing has worked before?

Awareness is the first step.

2. Expand What’s Possible

Your brain needs a new frame of reference. Instead of focusing on what’s not working, start asking:

  • What if this situation turned out better than I expect?
  • What if I already have everything I need to handle this?
  • What would the most confident, empowered version of me do right now?

Your brain will search for answers to the questions you give it. So give it something expansive.

3. Get Out of the Drama Triangle

When you’re stuck in ‘what is,’ you often play a role in the Drama Triangle:

  • Victim – “Why does this always happen to me? Where am I going wrong”
  • Rescuer – “Rescuing other people or using things to 'rescue' you such as food, alcohol, buying things”
  • Persecutor – “It’s their fault. It's not fair. Blame”

Instead, step into the Creator Role. Ask: What do I actually want to create?

This shifts your focus from reacting to circumstances to actively shaping your reality.

4. Rewire Your Nervous System

Your nervous system is running the show more than you realize. If your body feels unsafe, no amount of mindset work will override it.

This is why I created a 7-minute dynamic visualization to help you raise your vibration and shift into a more expansive state. This isn’t just another meditation—it’s designed to get your body and mind working together to access what’s possible.

Your Next Step

If you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same loop, it’s time to shift your reality.

You don’t have to force yourself to feel confident. You don’t have to fix yourself because you were never broken. But you do need to show your mind and body a new possibility.

Download my 7-Minute Dynamic Visualization now and experience the shift for yourself. This is your chance to step into the version of you that already exists—the one who feels calm, confident, and in control.
