Perhaps You have been wanting to lose weight and get in shape for what seems like forever.

?You set an intention to workout regularly and start planning your meals, but within days you are ordering out, skipping the workout because you are overloaded with work and other responsibilities.

You have started to believe that you are just too busy or you just can’t seem to get motivated.?

At the same time you hate how your clothes are fitting and the way you look on camera. You keep your shirt on at the pool, and you're worried you're going to crush your wife.

You know you want to lose weight, and you have a pretty good idea of what you should do to make it happen.?

You just need to get started.?

And unfortunately, that’s often the hardest part.

In the past you may have even started a gym membership, hired a trainer, and altered your schedule to try to fit in meal planning, and an exercise routine.?

?Only to find you couldn’t keep up with it all, or it was taking you away from your work, family, and friends.?

Well I’m here to tell you that you don’t need motivation, and you don’t need to overhaul your entire life.?

In fact starting small is the best way to meet and maintain your weight loss goals.?

Good small habits that you adopt can snowball leading to bigger changes down the line.?

Here is a sneak peak at the 1st three…

  1. Wake up with protein-?

  • eating a protein rich meal at the start of your day can help set up a whole day of healthy eating.?
  • This is because protein is very satiating, meaning you're less likely to fall into hunger cravings and graze on the foods you would rather minimize.?

2. Eat foods that hydrate you-?

This is a big one, and it can seem counterintuitive, but you can eat less calories by actually eating more!!!?

I’m talking about foods with a higher water content. Think vegetables, fruits, and broth based soups.?

They can fill you up more than calorie dense foods and supercharge your weight loss.?

3. Get dressed-?

Stop loafing around in your sweatpants.?

Even if you are working from home or on an off day. It’s a bit of self monitoring from simple feedback from a tight waistband.?

If your go-to-jeans are getting snug, it can lead you to self correcting your diet or get you moving more again.?
