SHEA Spotlight: Grantley Smith

Grantley Smith joined the company in 2001 as a junior ERP and CRM consultant. Over the next 20 years Grantley became a senior ERP consultant, then transitioned into a Pre-Sales Engineer position before rising to the role of Senior Solution Architect across all product lines. With the dramatic expansion of the organization in 2017 a leadership role in the identification and creation of new business opened up and Grantley became our Director of Business Development.

When he's not working he can be found coaching his son's hockey, doing gymnastics with his daughter, playing his guitar, or putting some miles on his motorcycle.

I am lucky enough to have seen multiple periods of growth and transition while here, and each one has brought new challenges and new chances to learn and grow.
