SHEA Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence

This year marks the 25th anniversary of SHEA Global. A lot has changed since SHEA was founded in 1997. From multiple awards to international expansion, SHEA continues to grow and expand our business around the world. To mark our 25th anniversary we will be sharing some of our success stories over the years, but let’s take this time to reflect on how we got here and of course, where we’re going.

“In Search of Excellence” is a famous book by Tom Peters and Robert H. Waterman, Jr. in which the two break down how any company can become a success. The idea of “excellence” has always been the fundamental principle of SHEA since the beginning. The fact is that every company has the potential to achieve operational excellence – and its SHEA’s goal to get them there. From the very beginning it has been SHEA’s goal to assemble the right people and put them in the right teams to deliver the best solutions possible to help our clients achieve their operational excellence.

For the company founder, Jeffrey Hunt, the idea of even achieving a 25th anniversary had not occurred to him back in 1997. There was no grand plan, just an innate interest in doing good work with good customers. Starting with our first customer in the UK, SHEA’s ability to network and do business with across borders and time zones continues to open more doors and lead to all kinds of exciting opportunities and significant growth (both for SHEA and our customers).

SHEA’s longevity and incredible global footprint would of course be nothing without the wonderful customers we have accrued along the way. We also wouldn’t have built relationships and gained their unending support if it weren’t for the outstanding talents of our teams to ensure all our customers got exactly what they needed to thrive. SHEA would like to take this time firstly to thank everyone who has helped us - to help them - to achieve excellence over the last 25 years; and into the next 25 years.
