#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
"Whose feet when hit the floor each morning the devil says,'Oh crap!!she's up!!" Remember that she is a strong woman and is someone who is a full circle. She wakes up different every day. She knows the difference between what she ‘wants’ and ‘needs’. She can pick up the little broken pieces of her heart and recreate it into a masterpiece, she never regrets her failed decisions, in facts treats them as life lessons.
The strong women follow their heart and are wholehearted in whatever they do and they are fiercely loyal and nothing / or nobody can take that loyalty away from them. Because they know who they really are and stand up for themselves when required and of course they challenge themselves and meet any challenge head-on.
They live life with a purpose and have no reverse gear to go back also they are committed to their interests and have diverse interests in life. They do not need any validation from anyone, be it family, friends or partner because they do not let little things affect them and do not take things personally and always have a strong desire to do what’s right.
Indeed, they might get rebellious at a given point but with a cause and that is the one who is able to smile at the morning like she wasn't crying at night. She is the one who sheds a tear at a moment and stands up and fights again the very next moment and a woman with a voice, a strong one with an opinion and live out their dreams and enjoy life in their own way without depending on anyone else, who doesn't wants to compete with men for the sake of equality but live for the only aim of fulfilling her dreams.
As Marilyn Munroe said "women who seek to be equal to men lack ambition" They are the ones who flaunt their imperfections, rather than regretting them and overall the one who is never going to give up on life. A strong woman has an awareness of the obstacles in her way and the misogynistic expectations people have for her, but she decides for herself what she wants and works to achieve it. Furthermore, a strong woman is willing to find help or gain strength from supportive friends, family members, and mentors despite the notion that women should be ‘independent’ and ‘do it all.
A strong woman is self-aware. She continually tries to overcome her fears, she knows how to control herself, and she is patient no matter the situation. She isn’t afraid to reveal her feelings because we all have them, and she shows hers without caring what other people think. Being a strong woman doesn’t mean you can’t ask for help.
Hell, being a strong man doesn’t mean you can’t ask for help. Part of me thinks that women feel they have to overcompensate because so many peg them as these fragile, helpless creatures, when many of the women I know are stronger may be it mentally, emotionally, or physically than many of the men I know.
Or course a strong woman works hard, she chases what she believes in, and she does it all for herself. No one else. She loves endlessly and shows appreciation to those around her. Most importantly, she isn’t selfish, and once she makes it, she reaches back to help others. She is humble but confident, yes. But I think the best way to describe a woman’s strength is a sense of ‘confident humility,’ paired with faith and passion. By ‘confident humility’ I just mean someone that isn’t so humble that she comes across as weak. Rather, someone that can stay confident without getting arrogant.
Wow, what does make a woman, or any person for that matter really strong is having emotions, is falling apart every now and then, is being scared, is loving too much, is having regrets, but still living on. It's having the will and the mind to give up, but still persisting to stay, to continue living on. A strong woman is not a robot, she cries, she weeps, she whimpers, she laughs, she has insecurities, she gets jealous, she gets weak, she doesn't sometimes take a stand for herself, she makes mistakes, she breaks down, she doesn't always fight back when she's groped, she isn't always a rebel, doesn't mean she's not strong.
Finally, a strong woman knows when to be selfish and when to be selfless, when to follow her head and when to follow her heart. She has a good, stable head on her shoulders, and she knows when to play the hand she’s dealt and when to fold and hope the next one’s better. These steps reveal the things you absolutely must be avoided if you want to look younger, to boost your immunity, reclaim your health, and achieve your ideal body weight and energy. Cheers!
