The response has been incredible - we've blown away by the inspiring nominations so far - showcasing extraordinary change-makers who are transforming gender equity in law. But we know there are more powerful stories waiting to be told...

With just 4 days until our deadline, we're making one final call to ensure no change-maker goes unnoticed!

We're looking for inspiring stories of individuals who haven't just talked about gender equity - they've taken decisive action to make it happen. From grassroots initiatives to systemic changes, these change-makers have shown that transformation is possible when we combine vision with action.?

We're looking to spotlight 6 extraordinary individuals who have accelerated action for gender equity in law. These are the innovators and champions who have:

• Created tangible opportunities for women's advancement - whether through mentorship programs, leadership initiatives, or innovative recruitment practices that have opened doors for talented women in law
• Built inclusive cultures and communities - by fostering environments where diverse perspectives are valued and everyone has a seat at the table
• Championed systemic change - through policy reforms, organisational transformations, or industry-wide initiatives that challenge traditional barriers
• Elevated diverse voices and talents - by creating platforms, networks, or programs that amplify underrepresented voices in the legal ecosystem
• Demonstrated measurable impact - showing concrete results through data, testimonials, or tangible organizational changes
