"She hustles in heels!"

Christy was brought up by hard-working parents who instilled in her a stellar work ethic, and she was 13-years-old when she got her first job. Although she did not finish college, however, she graduated with honors from the School of Hard Knocks. 

In most of Christy's administrative positions, she has found herself hired by companies where she did not know the industry or the lay of the land to be able to do tasks. Christy explained to me that "when working with high-level C-suite executives, you should not ask questions about how to do something." She does not ask as she taps into her skillset and research to get what is requested executed by using the plethora of experiences she has had in the past to come up with the perfect solution.

She has worked in a multitude of industries as an administrative professional, from 5-star hotels to the professional sports industry, IT, Oil and Gas, and just recently hired by Axiom Medical.

With all the different industries, she has become a pro at "drinking from the firehose' of knowledge of the company to allow her the ability to start running from the first day and understanding quickly to get the job done.   Christy's passion is this, a severe thirst for knowledge to give her the tools to assist her Executive and the company. 

Being known as the person that can get answers quickly allows her to take the stress off her Executives, which is one of the reasons, she continues being an Executive Assistant. She is a gatekeeper, organizer, the 'oil to the wheel' for the Executive, and the team with her 'tell it like it is 'communication. She strives to deliver more than the job description would state and contribute ideas that help her Executive be more productive and successful.

Working in retail and hospitality has taught her the value of customer service, which has made her mindset of servitude excel in this area. You will never hear her say, "It's not my job" or "I'm too busy," which is why her branding is the "Multi-tasking Ninja." She has learned through her career and life that one can always find something positive in negative situations when a negative comes into her life, she will dive into something she has never done as she is still up for a challenge and a new skill.  

She has learned that if you have never tried something, how would you know if you could not, so she goes forward and tries it.

Christy has worked for the Trump Organization and NFL Properties and often asked what she has learned from these two companies as she dealt with many A-listers.

"It is important to be of discretion and handle the privilege of holding sensitive information as it is not my story to share. Privacy is of utmost importance to me, no matter who it is." She is not that person who is impressed by titles or pedigree, as she treats all with the same level of respect from the janitor to the VIP.

Christy is extremely passionate about paying it forward through volunteering and being a mentor of Administrative professionals on skills and confidence.
