"She is a Change Agent" Award for Helena

I am so proud of our JCETP Reentry Specialist, Helena Muhammad, on being named a SHEro and receiving the "She is a Change Agent" Award on Thursday evening, Nov. 2, from "She Is...," a Jersey City-based nonprofit. Congratulations to Helena on such a well-deserved award, which serves as a testament to the selfless work she has done on behalf of our community for more than 20 years!
