She broke my heart wide open

I am sure that many trainers pull their hair out with the numerous clients who just don't seem to want to "get it together". We can't want it for people more than they want it for themselves, but every so often we get an amazing human being who shows us what courage really looks like, and we are once again inspired to keep going.

"So I came into F3 with a self image that needed working on.. my body looked like a war zone after 8 operations with the “BIG C”and honestly... if I could barely move my arm, how the hell was I going to do this?! I knew I was lost and I knew my excuses were “checking me out” in every opportunity in my life. I didn’t believe enough in the “value of the person I am” 

It took 1 zoom call with a man I didn’t know ( who quite frankly was so muscly and busy and knowledgeable ... would never be able to run a program that would cater for me! )?????? (DG YOU SO PROVED ME WRONG! Thankyou for your time)

Fast forward a few months on and I am now fitting into my Aus. Size 10 jeans!! It’s been 5 years since I have done that!! I started F3 a comfy size 14! I still only workout at a third of what everyone else does... but I am now showing up, holding myself responsible for me and loving myself again... my body is stepping up to my mindset! ( I missed out on the I am project due to circumstances but can only imagine how beneficial that would have been.. next time!!) I get up early.. make my bed (yes I listen??) and head for my shed with my workout partners (dogs and kids) I moan, I fall, I hurt, I fail... but I try!

I am truly happy from the inside out... I believe in me... baby steps I know ... but the difference is I now come from a place of certainty!!! Thank you ??????"
