One of Beech Finances most popular lenders has today launched their new product aimed at clients who want loans for business purposes.

Business purpose loans are unregulated and therefore the release of the new product will see these processed on an unregulated basis, which means:

  • No consideration period
  • Valuations can be charged upfront
  • Early repayment charges
  • Non-business related debt consolidation must not exceed 20% of the net loan amount

Rates start from 8.45% and can be fixed for up to 5 years from 9.45%

Loan terms from 3- 25 years and loans from ￡25,000 up to ￡300,000
