Shaun Parker And Det. Mike Myers Of Port Jervis, N.Y.
The first time I met him was when my mom died and he sat down and talked to me. His father who was also in charge of E. Arthur Gray Memorials and Gray Parker Funeral home and the coroner. That is why when I called the police Shaun showed up. He even gave me his cell phone number So that I could call him if I needed to ask some questions We got along fine , at least at that time.
After this happened they now use Medical Examiners Which makes more sense in any case. What coroners do is exactly the same as being a vampire They drain people's blood But they are worse because to prolong the body they put embalming fluid in their veins This is basically a poison that will pollute the earth and water in the future That is not what they care about What they do care about is the almighty dollar Why people think funerals are not archaic is because they are taken advantage of after they have suffered a great loss.
When my affairs were in order I decided to put an engraving on my grandparent's tombstone Which was left only to my mom How do I know? Don't you think a man in business that long follows certain rules He is not a fool He called St. Mary's church Who had the grave deed My grandfather only left it to one person Mrs. William Prohira Above it he wrote my daughter. For some reason he only wanted her to have it. And when she died it became mine.
When my cousin Sue made a statement to her attorney she said that she knew her father bought the tombstone and the plot That was a notarized statement and a lie You perjured yourself Which is a felony On the grave deed it says that our grandfather bought them both when our grandmother died in 1951. Your statement is taken word by word from the grave deed Except that weird sentence where you say that there are six souls buried there Souls are not buried Bodies in expensive caskets are. Who made you sign that? If it was your attorney he did you a great disservice.
The engraving was one where I chose every word carefully Mr. Parker said " remember that each letter costs 8 dollars" Which I said would be fine He said that I had provided the grave deed Which was all that I needed and then he took my check. I thought that would be the end of it And I felt it should have been done because my grandfather seemed to want their names engraved there Me, all I know is that I would go with her every month to pull weeds and water some plants that were around the unique white marble tombstone that had a stand for the Virgin Mary statue That was put there after the first person who died there Someone I never met My grandmother who's name was Mary.
Does this sound like something I would make up? I had it done on the back and even called my cousin Mary Ann Suchoruke Morgan Rohner so that she would know that I was doing this. She had been suffering with cancer for about ten years We knew her first husband Bill Morgan very well but after her sister got married and had a big wedding That was all she seemed to think about To have a big wedding even though she had eloped with the love of her life and they had a darling boy who we saw all of the time. We even went to Broadway one year so he could see The Magic Show She divorced Bill and married James Rohner He owned a large business called Neversink's Lumber They had a big wedding and I was invited, but did not go.
Everyone said that she changed after this All I know is that we hardly saw her and his friends were now hers and the same thing seemed to apply to his family I never met her new husband and her 2 new sons She kept busy being a Catholic daughter and redoing her home Which he still lives in now with his new wife Luverne Scully lost her husband to cancer too Only he died before Mary Ann Why I'm bringing this up is because James Rohner started sprucing himself up Someone told me that he was wearing braces to straighten his crooked teeth(while his wife was undergoing chemotherapy) and that he was looking like he was losing some weight Luverne lived on their same street She was always a health nut Maybe she got him to go jogging with her? On Been Verified she listed my dying cousin as a close acquaintance I think Mary Ann's husband was even closer.
When I moved to Florida for my health Taking care of my mom almost killed me But the thing that I think will instead Is when I found out that Shaun Parker had sandblasted my engraving off His friend Det.Mike Myers let him do it And no one seemed to think that this was wrong I called that goofy AttorneyVern Lazeroff and he said " I'm on your side Nancy, I'll just have a talk with Shaun" Then he told me not to bother him again What is wrong with that dingbat? I found out after my sister was moving down by me I asked her to say a prayer at my tombstone before she was to leave. Attorneys make me sick If you can defend someone you know is guilty Then you are as bad as they are.
I called the Port Jervis Police Department to investigate this for me. They had me talk to Det. Moscatello Who asked me if I had the grave deed When I told him I did He said 'that is all we need." "We are good to go" and I was going to get a warrant for an arrest But the head detective Det. Mike Myers stopped the investigation. I found out that if you are friends with the police They don't have to arrest you Even though this was a federal crime No one was going to be charged and no one would be doing any time behind bars.
He allowed Denis McBee to walk the streets of Port Jervis for 2 years Even though he was a on a parole violation Until he beat to death a small business man named Josef Kucher for forty bucks Maybe McBee was friends with Mike Myers too. Or did the whole department watch it happen They never mention that they had a police camera set up adjusted just where the crime happened In fact they let Shaun Parker and his friend James Rohner start to harass me.
But if I called anyone they would threaten to have me arrested Rohner even had an order of protection against me Given to him by Judge Victoria Campbell If she could become a Judge after her choices in life Then I believe anyone could be one Maybe McBee was studying law If he wasn't then he might be now. They did anything he asked and I got sick of it and started to put ads in the paper Which the police stopped me from doing Even though I put one in at least 3 times That is when I started to write about my dilemma And I have not stopped writing down everything I can to put in this book. I had to help myself and stand up for my family The police just give justice to some There is no justice for all.
Mike Myers I found out is related to one of Rohner's nephews He is a corrupt monster Instead he got a raise. You always heard that he cheated on his wife Dana too. Now some other poor soul wants to marry this creep after his divorce Once a cheat always a cheat! He once called me to say something about nothing and he asked me if I knew who he was I said "I sure do, your the one that dropped the ball." And always threw out Dana's relatives DUI tickets This made this seasoned Detective giggle like a schoolboy. The only reson a man runs for mayor is to make certain there relatives get jobs working for the city That even goes for the police How many Warden's are police?
My sister who had worked at the same job for over 40 years Lost her job because it went overseas I wrote about how she had developed carpel tunnel syndrome and had to wear braces on her wrists I wrote that she was denied disability This is when I started getting e mail from something called the P.J Job Bucket This is when I experienced true cruelty They suggested she get a job as a funeral assistant or putting up drywall. I wrote their attorneys of Plotsky, Bavoso and Onofry to tell them what their clients were doing and to tell them to stop .
The strange thing is the one defending them was a real estate attorney named David Bavoso. I never talked to this man personally But the cruelty stopped being sent to me. They treat me like I'm the one who has done something wrong Or they wanted to show me how they could get away with anything Now I'm doing something right Everyone will know what goes on in that town I will get justice in my own fashion. People can read it for the rest of eternity.
Shaun Parker even said that Mary Ann was still alive when the the sandblasting took place My mother practically raised her Did he know how much that would hurt me to hear? She was our beloved babysitter when we were growing up But we had seen her just a month before mom died and I was furious that her husband let her drive She had some tea but she was so frail that I had to help her walk to the bathroom She was under so much medication That she even said that she hated her sister Suzanne.
The Black Heart tombstone that was picked out for her showed what kind of monster she had married I think her husband controlled her amount of medication It was too convenient for him to have his future wife live just up his street.Mary Ann was in remission Did someone help her die a little sooner than she would have She certainly fought hard to stay alive before her death. If she did condone the desecration I don't blame her I blame the medication she was taking or being given. Remember a veteran's name was also sandblasted off This makes it a war crime Who would do it? Only someone who was not a veteran. Everyone involved never served our country.
Except Gerald Gray who entered the military as an officer. He entered after going to 4 years of college and 3 years of law school. He also was able to afford to start a family in his early twenties while doing all of this. I guess his parent's never said no to him in his life.Or they did not want him living by them Were they ashamed of him? That is what Shaun said. They were probably afraid he would try to find his birth parents. Guess where he went to law school? In Malibu, Ca. that is a very expensive law school to pick It is called Pepperdine and he lived in a house in an expensive part of L.A. called Woodland Hills. This guy really had to struggle You can tell can't you?
That is where movie stars send their kids. He asked for the stars and got them! He only returned to P.J. after his exile in Guam That is what Parker called it " that he was exiled for twenty years"That is where he was stationed and got married again and had more kids Now he can even collect a big military pension. That is why people in the military have a lot of kids To get a bigger pension I heard all this from Shaun Parker He even said his new wife could not speak English I was trying to add up my letters in my epitaph But he seemed to have nothing to do The dust was making it so musty but he did not even stop for air.
I half listened but did not care Shaun is full of hot air I felt like saying "don't you have a vacuun somewhere"In fact he mentioned that Mrs. Gray was ill .He said that they had put her in the little house next door to where Brigid now lived in the bigger place She never moved out of where she grew up I wonder if she ever looked up her birth parents I don't think either of them would ever want to see where they were really meant to be Since both of them were back at go. Just like in that show Cheers They wanted to remain where everyone knew their names. He laughed when he mentioned how the father did not want his son living there He only came back after he was dead.
This could easily have been averted if anyone who had any ethics had stepped in Shaun Parker only had to say no It was done and paid for But Rohner seems to be related to everyone and could have closed that funeral parlor down Knight Aukmoody is just up the street and is a far grander looking place. Shaun must have asked his former co-worker Gerald Gray (the adopted son of E. Arthur Gray) what to do He must have agreed that it would damage the business .
He is an attorney who might have shown him a way out. I hope he learned something after going to school for most of his life But to be back there I'm not so sure Wouldn't you rather live in Malibu? Maybe for the first time in his life he didn't fit in. Well I hope he was at least able to learn another language They say sign language is quite easy Maybe that is how he communicates. Especially with all of that education He must have taken sign language too. Yikes! That is a lot of studying for one person to have to do Well I hope he finally can talk to her I just was shocked with all that Shaun talked about He really has a big mouth. Instead of talking he should have cleaned. Or called in a cleaning service. He is cheap After this happened all I asked him was for my money back.
There seems to be no contract that can't be broken Even at the chance of us finding out that they ever did this sacrilegious act I told Shaun I would not want to revisit My sister Marsha who was made fun of all of her life But seems to be the one who turned out the best Is the reason I found out about this mess I found out that the minute I mentioned the name Onofry everyone said they could not take my case By the way I did hire an attorney The only one that accepted was Jakobowitz and Gubitz and they assigned me Antoinette Caruso She took $500 dollars from me and then told me she was quitting Det. Myers must have told her to stop helping me Lovely!
This book that took so long to write because it became like a jigsaw puzzle I even found out that Shaun Parker bought his house at 27 Maiden Lane from Mike and Luverne Skully. Then they moved to 25 Pine Street My cousin and her husband James Rohner live at 5 Pine Street. Too close for comfort if you ask me And that is where he lives with my couin's replacement, Luverne. To me this whole thing is obscene. I remember my cousin Teddy had a crush on her How should I phrase this, well let me just put it this way She really used what God gave her And he would roll his eyes He made us laugh about this.
I will keep you informed when my manuscript is published This is how I will get any justice My mom was kind of a gossip and I know so many stories that you will not be able to put that book down. Some parts will make your heads spin, but with a grin I came up with the perfect title. It will be available soon It is better than Peyton Place and it's non fiction!
