I did a guided meditation event last week to help leaders get better with their intuitive decision making. As I did that I realized there is so much to share about intuition and it would warrant a detailed blog to help leaders like yourself.

How Does Intuition Work?

Intuition is a powerful force that guides us in making decisions that aligns deeply with our true selves. It goes beyond mere guesswork or logical deduction. It

Understanding how intuition works involves recognizing:

• The divine inner guidance provided by the Lord
• Morphic resonance & quantum physics - The intelligence in the environment
• Your own experiences

Let's dive into each of these first and then into an exercise to help you get better at accessing your intuition.

Divine Guidance Provided by the Lord in the Heart

At the heart of intuition lies a connection to the Divine. Many spiritual traditions teach that the Lord, or a higher power, resides within us, offering guidance through our hearts. This Divine Presence is not a distant or abstract entity but a personal and intimate force that knows our innermost needs and desires. When we quiet our minds and listen to our hearts, we tap into this sacred source of wisdom, our ever well wisher the Lord Himself. This form of inner guidance is often experienced as a subtle, yet unmistakable feeling or knowing that transcends rational thought.

There is an allegory in both the Mu??aka Upani?ad (3.1.2) and ?vetā?vatara samāne v?k?e puru?o nimagno 'nī?ayā ?ocati muhyamāna?

ju??a? yadā pa?yaty anyam ī?am asya mahimānam iti vīta-?oka?

"Although the two birds are in the same tree, the eating bird is fully engrossed with anxiety and moroseness as the enjoyer of the fruits of the tree. But if in some way or other he turns his face to his friend who is the Lord and knows His glories—at once the suffering bird becomes free from all anxieties."

This divine guidance from the Lord is akin to a compass that points us toward our true path, helping us navigate through life's complexities. By aligning ourselves with this inner guidance from the Lord, we align ourselves with a divine purpose.When we align our work with this higher purpose we also are blessed with divine help by the Lord to further our tasks.
