• The business model typically uses subcontractors to do the actual painting jobs, which can keep your overhead and salaried labor low. If interested in this resale opportunity, I suggest understanding the current employees’ roles in the business and how many subcontractors the business has in rotation to utilize.?
• Lastly, Sarasota is a fast-growing area with seemingly a lot of potential. It seems like an opportunity to get into a turnkey home services franchise and grow it quickly.
