Sharing Till Now IT Experience

In my till now IT Experience,i found several things,let me tell you what is Going in Local IT Companies.

Demotivation by the Seniors/Bosses/CEO available in IT:

1.They dont treat their Junior as a professional and asking for everything to be done.

2.If done everything by the junior than senior dont value and demotivates,in place of motivation they gives demotivation.

3.They dont want to train junior(if fresher or new),they just ask to do google everytime,dont even give time to junior to fulfill and complete the task and want the task complete on time,if they want work on time so why they asking us to do google in place of providing training so that finish his task on time.

4. Not even guide us and give hint to complete his task,and they told us we already did it.so why we also doing it,if they already accomplish,if they know they have to teach but they dont teach ,they just scold and asking for better work to complete his task.

5.They dont know when to use google,everytime google is not good,if we are in good stage and we are stucking in somewhere then we go for google.

6.If they say go for google for these topics we are get in touch with you until you finished in place of "do google" .They suppose to help us and grow us everytime for his business as well to execute his work asap.

7.They just waste there time as well as ours but want work on time,What is this?

1.Help Juniors in each and every respect to Grow.

2.Behave like professionals so that Junior would be able to learn few more things to become better professional.

3.Cooperative environment,proper training and learning environment.

4.With proper coordination and cooperation execute the work on time.
